The Woodwork program aims to develop basic woodworking skills including the use of both hand tools and simple power tools eg. drills, handsaws, drop saws, grinders.
Research projects have included the construction of a storage box for personal items, a wine rack, coffee table, planter boxes and a wooden battery operated clock. Students complete these projects using the design process.
Our students have been hard at work creating some great woodwork pieces.
